1. Digital Delivery (Default Method)
Most of our services are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or secure file-sharing platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer).
- Photo Editing: Delivered within 1–3 business days
- Video Editing: Delivered within 3–7 business days
- Event Coverage (Photos/Videos): Delivered in 7–14 business days (varies by project)
You will receive a download link or direct files after completion and approval.
2. Physical Delivery (Optional)
If you request printed photos, albums, USBs, or DVDs, we can deliver them through courier service.
🛵 Local Delivery (Sambrial/Sialkot Area):
- Delivery Time: 1–3 days after order completion
- Delivery Fee: May vary based on location (confirmed at time of order)
📦 Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan):
- Shipped via reliable courier services (TCS, Leopard, etc.)
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
- Charges: Based on weight and location (shared before dispatch)
3. Order Tracking
Once your physical order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier details with you via WhatsApp or email.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet promised timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
We will notify you immediately in such cases.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your physical package arrives damaged or gets lost:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- We will investigate and re-ship or refund based on the situation
6. Pickup Option
You may also choose to pick up your order directly from our studio in Sambrial during business hours. Please inform us in advance to prepare your package.
7. International Delivery
Currently, we do not offer international shipping of physical products. However, all digital services are available worldwide.
