1. General Policy

At Waseem Photo Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality photo and video services. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our work, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

✅ Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • The service was paid for but never delivered (due to a cancellation from our side).
     
  • There was a technical error on our part that cannot be fixed (e.g., corrupted file with no backup).
     
  • A booking was cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled shoot.
     

❌ Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The client is dissatisfied with creative style after work has been completed (we offer previews for review).
     
  • The client fails to provide required materials (e.g., footage or images for editing).
     
  • Work has already been delivered or partially completed.
     
  • Booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the shoot or editing work.
     

3. Deposit & Advance Payments

All advance payments or deposits for bookings are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance and no work has begun.

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you’re unhappy with the result, we offer 1–2 rounds of revisions (depending on the service) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be given after revisions have been provided.

  • Reason for the refund request
     

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be made via the same method of payment originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Changes to This Policy

Waseem Photo Studio reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request.
